FLOCK TRANSFERS

The advantages of using Flock Transfers instead of direct flocking are:

- The surface of Flock Transfers can be screen printed before it is transferred to the fabric.

- Special effects for Flock Transfers can be achieved in combination with the usage of High Frequency Machine.

- Cleaner and healthier working environment.

FOIL

It’s a transfer film with excellent metallic colors and motifs.

REFLECTIVE TRANSFER

A transfer film that will reflect direct light.  The advantage of using Reflective Transfer instead of reflective powder with plastisol printing or the reflective plastic sheets are:

- Designs are screen printed on the transfer before it is hot pressed to the fabric, therefore design can be very flexible.

- Easy to use, does not require special cutting equipments.

- Give a brighter reflective glow than the direct screen printed reflective plastisol.

Type of tranfer papers:

·  Soft Trans 60

Trans 60 is unmatched as the industry’s leading hot-split transfer paper. Its prime function is for use with hot-split plastisol inks. It is not realease-coated, but has a unique sizing incorporated during its manufacturing to provide exceptional hold out for the hot-split inks. This in turn allows for a consistent, even 60/40 split of the ink film when split hot and minimizes migration of the plasticizers into the paper for better shelf life. Trans 60 offer the least amount of shrinkage when compared to other hot-split transfer papers. Trans 60 can be printed using a flat-bed printing press or high-speed cylinder presses.

·  Super Trans

Super Trans is among the most versatile papers in the industry. Super Trans can be used to produce both hot-and-cold-split transfers as well as plastisol puff, glitter and metallic transfers. For better opacity on dark colors, Super Trans release more ink when peeled hoto giving a 75/25 split. When allowed to cool Super Trans release more ink than conventional hot-split transfers with a 90/10 split. Super Trans shrinks less than conventional uncoated papers and has superior stability and lay-flat qualities.

·   Transfert 105

Transfert 105 is a heat transfer release paper suitable for use when producing a Straight Screen or Litho/Plastisol heat Transfer. Manufacturing a heat transfer which works properly is a combine of the following:

1) Release Paper;

2) Litho Ink

3) Plastisol

4) The method in which the first three items are used.  If the proper materials are used, but used improperly, no one can guarantee a finish item that will work properly.
