MATSUI’S INK AND BINDER
BRIGHT RUBBER
A Japanese made ready to use water based rubber ink. Come in matte or glossy finish. It has an excellent fastness, great coverage, and soft hand-feel. To prevent flock lint to transfer to the rubber ink when printing Bright Rubber in combination with flock transfer, Fixer F can be added.
Packing: 1kg, 20kg-25kg/pail (depend on the type)
Available Type: Transparent, Opaque and White
Printing Process: Print – Dry– Curing 135°C for 2-3 minutes using conveyor curing/ Hot Press 150°C-160°C for 10 second (depend on the fabric)
BINDER KDB
Binder KDB is a ready to use ink for printing on top of nylon fabric. The printed result has an excellent fastness and soft hand-feel.
(Since nylon fabric may be coated with different kind of water-proof chemicals, please re-test the binder on your fabric several times before production)
Packing: 1kg, 20kg
Printing Process: Print – Dry– Curing 135°C for 2-3 minutes using conveyor curing/ Hot Press 150°C-160°C for 10 second (depend on heat resistance of the fabric)
Additive: Fixer F (Optional, for better fastness)
STRETCH RUBBER
It’s an affordable and ready to use very elastic rubber ink for printing on top of light or dark color fabrics. This ink will give a finer printing result in comparison to regular rubber inks. It is also excellent for printing on top of very elastic fabrics like Lycra or Cotton-Lycra.
Packing: 1kg, 25kg
Available Type: Opaque and White
Printing Process: Print – Dry – Hot press 150°C-160°C for 10 second or depend on the fabric)
AR BINDER
Look no further for a high quality water based elastic ink. This ink especially made for printing on top of very elastic fabrics like Lycra/ Nylon Spandex or Cotton-Lycra with excellent elasticity and fastness. It also comes in transparent for a brighter and darker color printed result. An excellent choice for swimming suits, lingerie, and stretchable sport wear.
Packing: 1kg, 1 Pail (18kg/20kg depends on the type)

Printing Process: Print – Dry – Hot press 150°C-160°C for 10 second or depend on the fabric)
BRONZE BINDER
It’s a ready to use binder that binds the gold or silver powder to fabrics and prevent oxidation. This binder has an excellent printing flow, perfect for machine printing as well as hand printing. Bronze Binder is for printing on top of cotton or TC fabrics.
Packing: 1kg, 1 Pail (20kg)
Recommended Screen Usage: T49(T12), T55(T14)
Printing Process: Print – Dry – Hot press 150°C-160°C for 10 second or depend on the fabric)
BINDER GTBR (GLITTER BINDER)
It’s a transparent, ready to use binder for printing glitter. This binder is very clear so that the true color and the glitz of the glitters can really show. This binder also has an excellent binding capabilities therefore the glitter will stay put on the fabric through many washes. For use on top of cotton or TC fabrics.
Packing: 1kg, 1 Pail (20kg)
Recommended Screen Usage: T500 or T360
Printing Process: Print – Dry – Hot press 150°C-160°C for 10 second or depend on the fabric)
SUPER WHITE W-0116
Matsumin Super White W-0116 is a ready to use type white binder for Rotary/Auto Screen machine or garment printing. It has excellent non-clogging printability and very soft hand-feel. Its soft hand-feel is the most suitable for polyester or T/C woven, especially curtain print. This ink gives not only extra soft hand feeling but a high fastness as well and excellent coverage as well.ic)
MAT BINDER MS-1
Matsumin MAT Binder MS-1 is a ready to use mat binder with excellent hiding power and fastness on solid dyeing fabric. The relevant product is a non-formaldehyde type printing paste for cotton fabric or T/C fabric. This product can be used as it is which resulted in a high quality white printing. Or water base pigment resin color can be added to produce a bright colored printing on top of dyed colored fabric which cannot be obtained from normal mat binder can be obtained.
MATSUMINSOL F-23C
Matsuminsol F-23C is a binder for flock printing which has excellent adhesion to Rayon or Polyester pile and gives the flocky print an excellent fastness and handfeel.
MATSUMIN BINDER HM-10D
Matsumin Binder HM-10D is an instant binder for one-point and high-mesh screen printing which is developed for cellulose fibers such as Cotton and Rayon etc (ex: towel and flock).
PRINTGEN A-4
Printgen A-4 is high Conc. type anti-ripple agent to be used for ripple printing process on 100% cotton woven substrate. When this product is printed on top of cotton fabric, it prevents the penetration of strong alkali therefore create a stable ripple effect.
BINDER KDB-DL
Binder KDB-DL is an instant transparent binder to be used for gold/silver powder and glitter printing on knitted white fabric or plain dyed fabric. It is developed so that the printing result remain elastic. It also prevent corrosion on the gold/ silver powder.
MT SUPER WHITE 920
Matsumin Super White W-920 is an acid resistant type white binder for auto-screen printing machine/ garment printing. This resistance against acid is excellent for burn-out printing (opal finish) or Naphtol-dye printing. This binder also has good fastness, whiteness, high-coverage, and soft hand feeling which is suitable for white printing on various kinds of fabric.
FIXER F
Fixer F is a crosslinking agent of non-formaldehyde type. It is used to improve fastness, reduce sticky-ness, and improve the water based inks overall quality.
CATALYST #3000
This product is used to reduce viscosity for water-based inks. Usage: Add 0.5%-1% Catalyst #3000 to ink. Ink mixed with Catalyst #3000 should be used within 72 hours.
MT SP TOP INK
SP Top Ink is hot melt binder for flock. It is used to bind the transfer flock to the fabric. There are two printing methods: A)One method is to screen print SP Top Ink on fabrics first, the overlap a plain P-Paper on the fabric and heat press it. B)The other method is to screen print SP Top Ink on plain P-Paper, then overlap the paper on fabrics and heat press it.
