SPECIAL EFFECT FOR WATER BASED GARMENT PRINT

PHOTOPIA

It’s a special effect pigments that can be added to water based inks to create a color change when exposed to “UV light”.  This pigment is perfect for special designs where hidden messages/pictures are used.  This pigment is for use with water-based inks.

CHROMICOLOR

It’s a special effect pigments that can be added to water based inks to create a color change when exposed to “heat”.  This pigment is for use with water-based inks.

CAVIAR BEADS

Clear 0.5micron PVC beads used to create water effect design.

GLASS BEADS

Glass beads create a reflective effect.

GLITTER

Metallic colored plastic particles used to accessories fabrics and paper materials.

Available Size:  0.01mm, 0.1mm, 0.015mm, and 0.5mm

CRACK BINDER

Crack binder is a ready to use water-based ink that create a crack effect once it is dried with heat.  This ink creates a unique cracking effect that will make your design unique.  The thickness of the printed result can be manipulated and combined with cube ink (high density water based ink) to meet your design need.

Magna Neutral Crack

Special binder for special effect printing.  Create a stiff printed surface that will crack easily once he dried print is either pressed or pulled.

Packing availability:  1kg, 1 gallon (appx. 4kg), 1 pail (appx. 20kg)

FOAMING BINDER

1.Foaming Binder STR-W

It’s a ready to use white color foaming binder for printing on top of a light or dark color fabric.  The printed result is soft, even surfaced, and bright white in color.

2.Foaming Binder 3-D

It’s a ready to use transparent Foaming Binder for creating a darker or brighter color foaming effect on top of a light color fabric.

Packing:  1kg, 1 Pail/18kg

3.Foaming Binder HT-224

It’s a ready to use high temperature foaming binder that can stand up to high heat (150°C-170°C).  It has excellent fastness on top of cotton as well as polyester fabrics.  Printed result of this foaming is soft and even surfaced, even for a large printing area.  To create suede like effect on top of cotton fabric, this ink can be mixed with HM10D.

CUBE RUBBER

It’s a ready to use water-based inks that create a NON-PVC “High-Density” printing result.  The difference between Cube Rubber printed result and foaming binder would be that Cube Rubber creates sharp edges and it does not expand during heating/curing.

Available Type:  Opaque and White

Printing Process:  Print – Dry (Repeat this process until you get the desired thickness) – Curing 135°C for 2-3 minutes using conveyor curing

BURN OUT OP-30PS

Burn out OP30-PS is the agent for Opal Finishing.   Mostly Opal finishing is used for combined weaving fabrics of Cellurose and polyester or Cellurose and nylon. What this product does is tt enables printer to burn out/eliminate the cotton part of the fabric and keep the polyester part of the fabric to create a see through effect on the fabric. It is easy to print and washing-off easily with a clean line.  The advantage of our burnout in comparison to the ones available in the market is that ours don’t require a special twist fabric and it come off easily.

Burn Out  PO-12 is a special penetrating agent which helps penetrating into the thicks fabrics.

SHINE BINDER 

Shine Binder B-1006 is a very clear/ very transparent water based printing paste to be applied on various kinds of fabrics which gives a shiny, wet like, and transparent print.

Very distinctive printing effect can be obtain by using thick screen, calendaring, mixing glitter in, mixing colored alumunium, or etc.  It is similar to high density clear plastisol.

TWO TONE PEARL POWDER

Pearl powder that create a two tone color that can be seen from different angles.  Can be mixed with transparent solvent inks or transparent water based inks.

Available in:  Purple-Blue,  Gold-Red,  Blue-Red,  Green-Blue
